Forth Sunday of every month you have the opportunity to spend a magical day with like minded souls, to tend to your mind, body, spirit, heart & soul in the beauty that is Coogee at my very own healing temple, complete with Bio-geometry & Crystal Gridding.
A day just for you to allow all your tension, stress and worry from the week to simply melt away. A mini retreat on your front door step.
This will be day filled with good vibes, good conversations, wholesomeness & love.
We will open with a small physical exercise to warm the body up, warming up the body beforehand is extremely beneficial, it enhances blood circulation and minimises the stress response, we will reflect on the concepts of purification, facing fears, and letting go. Use this time to prepare mentally for the ice bath,
Ice bathing can trigger the release of endorphins, the body's natural "feel-good" chemicals, elevating your mood, scientifically proven taking a dip in ice cold water could actually release more dopamine than taking cocaine.
In this heightened mental state, we will use the opportunity to further detox and relax in sauna and hot tub before moving onto a ceremonial cacao drink and sound healing meditation.
Crafted with loving intention, ceremonial cacao offers heart-opening properties, mood enhancement, and a grounding presence—perfectly complementing the post-ice bath ritual.

At my beautiful healing temple in South Coogee we will hold a potent Hape ceremony, Hapé is a sacred shamanic snuff medicine with profound healing effects. Hapé is made from different medicinal plants for different purposes – it opens the heart and grounds the body.
Rapé Ceremonies pronounced ‘hapeh’ – is a psychotropic shamanic snuff made from finely ground tobacco and a variety of other herbs, it is blown up east nostri, to ground and center the self it is very healing & a beautiful experience. It is recommended that your intentions are clearly set before beginning the ceremony.
The act of taking Rapé is considered sacred and a form of prayer by the indigenous Amazonian tribes who first introduced it to the rest of the world.
The “afterglow”, once you’ve done the work and addressed your intentions, can last for several hours to a couple of days, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and with a new appreciation & perspective for your life and surroundings, more connected to your higher self and nature, more grateful and humble, more focused with clarity.
Rapé can bring you to a place of acute attention and awareness. The mind becomes quieter, negativity energies clears out and emotional releases are more possible, the hope can clear up confusions or discomfort about an issue you may have been experiencing or. decision you need to make.
It is a release of toxins, mucus, and other unwanted things in the body, Rapé helps purify your system. This strengthens your immunity and especially helps with congestion problems. Along with this, the body can release physical tensions, resulting in a relaxed, peaceful state.
